Service & AMC

The part everyone forgets until the belt slips.

Annual maintenance contracts, genuine spare parts, relocation and repair — for equipment we sold and equipment we didn’t. Chennai-based technicians who actually turn up.

Genuine parts

Original spares sourced through the India channel

All major brands

Not only the equipment we supplied

Contracted response

Defined turnaround times written into the AMC

What we service

Cardio, strength and everything that moves.

Preventive maintenance

Scheduled visits — belt tension and alignment, deck lubrication, motor and console checks, bolt torque and calibration.

Breakdown repair

Console faults, motor and controller replacement, incline mechanism, resistance and drive belt issues.

Genuine spare parts

Original parts sourced through the authorised India channel, not local substitutes that fail twice as fast.

Relocation & reinstallation

Moving house or office? We dismantle, transport, reassemble and recalibrate so the warranty stays intact.

Equipment audits

For gyms and corporates — a written condition report on every machine, with a repair and replacement plan.

Annual contracts

Fixed-fee AMC with a defined visit schedule, priority response and parts pricing agreed up front.

AMC plans

Three levels, depending on how hard the floor gets used.

A single home treadmill and a 200-family apartment gym don’t need the same contract. Tell us the equipment list and usage pattern and we’ll price the right level — no bundling you into something oversized.

Home

Two preventive visits a year plus priority breakdown response. Suits one or two machines in a household.

Community & corporate

Quarterly preventive visits, condition reporting and defined response times for shared gyms.

Commercial

Monthly or bi-monthly servicing, parts stocking, audit reports and an on-call engineer for studios, hotels and clubs.

Before you call anyone

Three things worth checking first.

Half the calls we get turn out to be one of these. Try them — if it’s still not right, we’ll come out.

The machine won't power on

Check the safety key is seated, the reset switch on the console, and whether the stabiliser is actually outputting. A tripped stabiliser looks identical to a dead motor.

The belt slips or drifts

Usually tension or alignment, both adjustable with the supplied hex key. If the deck is dry it needs lubrication, not a new belt — and running it dry is what kills motors.

The screen won't connect

Almost always Wi-Fi rather than hardware. Check the band the console supports, restart the router, and remember the machine still works fully in manual mode.

Machine down? Tell us the model and the symptom.

WhatsApp us the model number and a short video of the fault. We’ll tell you whether it’s a site visit or something you can fix in ten minutes.
