The deck tilts across a wide range, so the same machine covers flat walking, steep hill climbs and a slight downhill for calf and stride work. iFIT's trainer-led routes move the incline automatically as the terrain on screen changes, so you're not reaching for a control panel mid-session.

NordicTrack's SpringFlex deck is built to absorb more impact than a standard treadmill belt, which shows up as less knee and shin strain on longer sessions. The 4.25 CHP motor is rated for continuous, not occasional, use and covers 0–12 mph (about 0–19.3 km/h) — enough for interval sprints, not just a walk.
